STATUTE OF THE EUROPEAN AWARDS

1. The Awards of the European Union of Arts are awarded to individuals, associations, institutions, community etc., for creative artistic and cultural activities or their significant support. This activity is especially appreciated in the context of the presentations and developing of cultural, historical and Christian roots of Europe. It awarded her unconventionality, originality and advanced expression with emphasis on the general helpfulness. Appreciate the artistic and cultural achievements that other people mentally and spiritually enriching, uplifting, fulfilling internally, cultivate, they are happier and especially people unite.

2. The Awards of the European Union of Arts are awarded irrespective of nationality or ethnic and national cultures, religious or political beliefs, and in Europe and on other continents.

3. The Awards of the European Union of Arts will be awarded throughout the whole year.

4. Proposals for the awarding of the awards of the European Union of Arts may be submitted only by regular and honorary members of the EUA, as well as members of the Club of laureates EUA. Each petitioner is obliged to justify its versatile proposal and takes for his comprehensive a guarantee.

5. European Union of Arts is cooperation in the publicity and promotion of cultural and artistic creative activities of laureates.

6. Laureates of the European Union of Arts are invited to events in the Czech Republic and elsewhere abroad, they are allowed and supported by mutual communication in an international context of art and culture.
